On September 9^th, we were fortunate enough to attend the launch party for Site 6 Events, a new company in Edmonton that specializes in event, fabric and visual solutions. The launch took place at the TransAlta Arts Barn and featured delicious food by Restaurant 27 Catering, flipbooks by Timewise Event Management, as well as music provided by Harman B & DJ Kwake. The spotlight however was taken by the amazing visual environment created by Site 6 Events and collaborating partners such as: Production Lighting, Mediaco, La Piazza Dasee, Pinkpolka Wedding Design, Rivercity Event Rentals, Elegant Touches, Special Event Rentals, Etc Event Styling, and last but not least ID Bohemia.

The venue was split into two themes, summer and midnight. See below for some pictures of the unbelievable work:

What girl (or guy) doesn’t all deep down inside covet and dream of natural feeling lashes that are continuously lush, full, and make your eyes simply pop?!? Well very few I would say. Well I’m calling on all the ladies with their hectic and busy schedules . . . *ahem that means all those busy brides-to-be. I’ve recently discovered this gem of a time and stress saver that is just brilliant! As you all may be wondering now, it’s called . . . LashDip!

With just one LashDip application, you can have natural feeling lashes that are full and volumous for up to six weeks! I could only imagine how much brides-to-be and newly wedded brides would love this product, just imagine . . . not having to worry about your mascara running during your intense work-outs to get that killer body for your big day, no running make-up from all the tears that will be shed before, during, and after the wedding, AND not having to apply make-up everyday on your honeymoon getaway . . . LashDip is definitely worth looking into wouldn’t you say? And as a pretty low maintenance gal with a great appreciation for her beauty sleep (I might . . . just maybe . . . be the type of person that presses snooze for an hour in the mornings, but don’t worry, I’m never late), this is one cosmetic treatment that I just might have to try out.

With LashDip’s claim of not having to hassle with mascara, makeup remover, and mascara messes, I really can’t complain if I am just left with simply “gorgeous, beautifully sculpted, and semi-permanent lashes.” As well, if getting my lashes “dipped” can allow me to not have to worry about applying mascara when I wake up as well as during my hot yoga classes, and removing it before I go to bed, you can count me in!
