About
Fairies and Their Magic
Fairies are constantly attracted by every form of creativeness. They really love instants of deep feeling because they want to share them. Lovers, poets, artists, writers, sculptors, weavers musicians and all arts have to admit they are indebt to an unidentifiable force. This force is invisible, capricious, sensible, delicate, incomprehensible and powerful - usually called a muse or their inspiration. When it is present, it is generally irresistible. A fairy’s world is full of dark enchantment, charming beauty, sometimes incredibly ugliness, hard superficiality, spirit, malice, joy and inspiration, terror, laughter, love and even tragedy. Their world is far richer than the fairy tales make it out to be.
Fairies love beauty and splendour, grace of movement, music and pleasure - everything and anything that is artistic. If treated well, fairies will bestow good fortune and reveal mysteries of plants and herbs. For acts of kindness bestowed upon the spirits, fairy blessings will come in the form of unexpected good luck. Fairies can bestow good fortune, but if they feel offended they can cast spells and cause mischievous trouble.
A fairy’s favourite pastime is spent with music and dancing. At night fairies rise from their homes and come out to dance away the hours of darkness. They especially love to dance during the evening of the full moon. When the sun begins to rise to signal the coming of morning, the fairies vanish. Fairy music ism ore melodious than human music and there are many tunes and songs that have said to have originated from the fairies. Many pipers and fiddlers from Europe learned their song from the fairies.
